Each month a deserving employee is selected from one of our sites to receive the Employee of the Month Award. These employees are recognized for the exemplary job they are doing and are commended for setting a standard of excellence

This job entails baling and stacking over forty tons of materials each month."Letroy can be counted on" said his supervisor Kevin Windham, "to get the job done no matter what the task. He is a valuable contributor ro the efforts of Goodwill."  2nd QUARTER Robert Shaw   Robert Shaw was chosen the employee of the second quarter for various reasons. He is an excellent team player and performs evey aspect of his job description to the fullest. Robert has shown that he not only cares about his team's unity but also about the appearence of the store. He is always on time and sets up for success before starting his day. Robert works well with customers and handles customer complaints, suggestions, and compliments very well. Robert is also dependable and willing to help others as needed. He is all together an outstanding employee.  3rd QUARTER Robert Johnson   Robert Johnson was selected employee of the month of December and for the third quarter for his superior work in wares and electronics. He has exceeded everyone in processing wares, electronics, and also helps with pricing furniture. He always keeps his work station clean and neat. He is known for his consistent hard work and is always on time. Robert is knowledgeable of his job and he is very helpfull in other ares in the store to include the warehouse. He is overall an outstanding employee.  4th QUARTER Heather Frazier  Heather Frazier started working for Goodwill Nov. 19, 2009. Shortly after she began working Heather discovered she was expecting her fourth child. She rode a bicycle to work through her entire pregnancy. Although Heather was pregnant, she never missed a day of work. Heather is truly dedicted to her job. The day Heather went into labor she ws working and didn't realize what was happening. Heather had a beautiful baby boy and returned to work six weeks after his birth. She continues to ride her bike to work and remains a dedicated employee. He helps others in any areathat he is assigned. Timothy has a graet attitude and is a good person to be around.    2nd QUARTER Harry Hunt Harry Hunt was chosen as the employee of the second quater for his hard work. He takes pride in his work. Harry's supervisor praised him for his willingnes to help others and his enthusiasm.    3rd QUARTER Tenicia Benson   Tenicia Benson was chosen as the employee of the third quarter for her hard work and willingness to help out in any way.She takes pride in her work and never gets any complaints from buildings she is assigned to.  4th QUARTER Benjamin Williams   Benjamin Williams was hired in December of 2009 by Goodworks as a stocker at the CB Commissary. He was chosen as the Goodworks Worker of the month in October of 2010 and as the Goodworks Worker of the quarter in the final quarter of 2010.
